The Erasmus+ Project GreenACT – Youth ‘agents of change’ on Climate Action and Environmental Sustainability has officially come to a close! During the final online TPM (Transnational Project Meeting), the project partners gathered to reflect on the various steps taken throughout the project’s duration, including the finalization of upcoming tasks. The collaborative efforts of the partners have yielded remarkable results, with the latest achievement being the IO4: SUMMER SCHOOL TOOLBOX. This comprehensive toolbox encompasses all project outcomes, ready to be implemented and sustained. We extend our gratitude to everyone involved for their invaluable collaboration and the wonderful memories created during the project’s implementation.
